Job Summary:
Manage the overall sales process related to Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC installations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Build/Maintain strong relationships with RNC Builders (Single Family & Multi-Family)
Oversee/Train Sales Associates, Estimators, and Administrative Support personnel
Meet internal and external stakeholder needs/deadlines
Staff appropriately with overhead in mind
Create a "fair" environment so that employees are respected but don't take advantage of the company
Hold employees accountable to company policy
Ability to read house plans and general duct designs
Strong communicator
Focus on Safety
Working Conditions:
Open office environment
Desk and computer work required
Frequently walk houses under construction
Interact with Builders in a professional capacity
Some overtime required as special projects arise.
Infrequent travel outside the Mid-Atlantic region
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of a High School diploma
5+ years of HVAC Sales experience
PC experience
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
General knowledge of what goes into the construction of a residential home
Ability to navigate through Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Physical Requirements:
Walk up and down stairs
Walk on rough grade conditions to gain access to some projects
